DELIVERY SCHEDULE 

We will normally dispatch your order if we have all your items in stock in 3-4 working days. Bespoke orders take six to eight weeks from confirmation of order.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers maybe encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase please return the item to us within 14 days and we will refund you. Please note that items must be in a re-saleable condition. (see Returns Policy below)

PRIVACY POLICY

Club Matters do not disclose buyers’ information to any third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, and to store delivery addresses if the address book is used. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to ‘Tools | Internet Options | Privacy’ and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.
Data collected by this site is used to:
  1. Take and fulfil customer orders
  2. Administer and enhance the site and service
  3. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes

RETURNS POLICY

If you are in anyway unhappy about your order, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund, credit or exchange, provided the product is in perfect condition, and the packaging is undamaged. Please retain proof of purchase. We regret we do not offer free postage on returned goods. However we will refund your postage where goods are genuinely found to be faulty. Personalised orders cannot be exchanged/refunded unless the artwork is incorrect.
Please return your order within 14 days of receiving your delivery. 
 
Please note that unless otherwise agreed in writing, we do not offer refunds when products are purchased during an event or pop-up. These items are final sale. We do not offer refunds or returns on seconds or sale items. These items are also final sale. 
 
EMAILS

Unless otherwise stated, on purchase, your name will be added to our subscribers list. You may receive emails from Club Matters with future products or offers. If you wish to be deleted from this list just reply with the word Unsubscribe in the title. Your email address will NOT be given to any third party.
 
REVIEWS

If you submit a testimonial to us then you agree that we may publish your testimonial, together with your name and any logo that you upload using the form, on this website (and on any successor website that we may operate from time to time), on such page and in such position as we may determine in our sole discretion.
You further agree that we may edit the testimonial and publish edited or partial versions of the testimonial. However, we will never edit a testimonial in such a way as to create a misleading impression of your views. (You may terminate this licence by giving to us 30 days’ written notice of termination).
PROMOTIONS & SALES
From time to time we may offer reduced discounts on some of our products. The conditions of all of these sales will be stated clearly in our newsletters so if you are signed up you will get early access to these alerts and know what offers will be valid for how long on what products. 
Please note we if have a sale online, either on our website directly or with a third party this does not apply to any of our events. Our event prices will be our set standard pricing and no online discounts or credit can be otherwise redeemed on stall. 
If you have made a purchase online and wish to return this to us, this must be shipped back to us at our workshop as per our return policy, rather than delivered to us at an event by hand. 
 
ARTWORK FOR BESPOKE ORDERS
  • Artwork should be supplied to us in a high res format – pdf, jpeg or tiff minimum 2MB.
  • Additional artwork origination fees may be applied for any resizing or retouching at a rate of £25 per hour. Redrawing Crests or logos will be charged at an hourly rate of £25 per hour.
  • Some artwork may incur slight colour change due to the printing processes involved in the manufacture – we will do our best to rectify this. Should you require, we can supply a pdf colour proof prior to manufacture for you to check and sign off – for which a £5.00 charge will apply.
  • Sample table mats can also be supplied if required at a cost of £10.00.
  • For orders of over 100 mats a finished sample will be provided FOC. Lead time is between 4-5 weeks from confirmation of final artwork.
  • Kindly note that all bespoke orders are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged for store credit due to the nature of the customisation.
